| Internetboot.com
is a site dedicated to buying and selling. It is designed
to be easy to use. If you find it difficult to use please
email us with your comments. On the home page you will
find links for sellers, buyers and a link for wanted
items.
If you are buying then select the category you want
to search or you can select all categories to view all
the items available. You may also narrow your search
by selecting a country or county (if you are in the
UK). People outside the UK can use this site but at
present it is not refined for those outside the UK.
This will follow at a later date. Alternatively you
can go directly to the category from the links on the
home page.
Before you can sell, you must be registered. Registration
involves filling in your contact details. You may choose
to be contacted by one or all three methods. Tick the
box or boxes of your choice.
To register click on the link at the bottom of the
sellers login box on the home page or select the sellers
tab from the top of the page. Simply fill in your details,
choose a contact method and select a password to register.
You can then log in.
From here you can purchase credits, which will allow
you to upload items or post a message on the message
board. You do not have to use all your credits at once.
The next time you login your remaining credits will
be there to use. Each time you upload an item or a message
your credits will decrease by 1.
When you have logged in you can upload items, amend
items already uploaded, amend contact details, buy credits
or post a message.
You can buy 1 credit for £2, 4 credits for £5
or 10 credits for £10. Each credit lasts for 4
weeks. You can pay by direct debit or credit card via
a secure site.
To post a message click on the link at the top of the
page or select the message board tab. If you are not
already registered you can fill in the details of the
item you want to post and your contact details. Only
fill in the contact details you want displayed, e.g.
email, mobile or day time number or all three. You will
then be asked to make a payment of two pounds via a
secure site to post a message. If you have credits you
can use one of these to post a message.
